Heard Mr T.Rajesh, counsel for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
The interference in a civil dispute by respondent Nos.3 and 4 is complained in the present writ petition.
The 5th respondent filed a suit in O.S.No.491 of 2017 and working out remedies. While matters stood thus, according to petitioners, the respondent Nos.3 and 4 are interfering with the civil dispute, without any Court orders.
The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that no crime is registered against petitioners. Therefore respondent Nos.3 and 4 never had occasion to summon them to Station. Further, the 3rd and 4th respondents are not interfering in the civil dispute, for this Court is the appropriate Court which has seized of the matter to consider and decide.
The statement is placed on record and accepted.
Writ petition is disposed of, accordingly, No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
