THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.37776 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr K.Srinivas, counsel for petitioners and perused the record.

At the outset, this Court is of the view that timing of the writ prayer is inappropriate and untenable. The petitioners being plaintiffs in a suit filed against the respondent No.4 have already obtained ad interim injunction and if ad interim injunction is disobeyed or force is used, the petitioners as plaintiffs are entitled to bring to the notice of trial Court and obtain necessary orders.

By leaving such remedies open, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
