HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.32179 of 2016 ORDER:

This is a second round of litigation initiated by the petitioner after disposal of his earlier W.P.No.21909 of 2016 and C.C.No.1274 of 2016 dated 09.08.2016. In view of narration of facts in the said case, the same are not repeated here.

The main grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the transfer from the present place at Nidadavolu, West Godavari District to Seethampeta (Agency Area). This Court passed the order in W.P.No.21909 of 2016 on 09.08.2016 remanding the matter to the Screening Committee, which was constituted at Corporate Office, for considering the web options exercised by the petitioner, who opted for Nidadavole, Bommuru and Rajamahendravaram.

Pursuant to the said order, the impugned order was passed on 15.09.2016, which clearly spells out the reasons for not considering the web options exercised by the petitioner and sustaining the earlier order of transfer. However, the petitioner was given a further option to choose any of the vacant agency posts for consideration of his case. But, the petitioner insists that the web option exercised by him shall only be considered and he does not want to go to ITDA area. In view of the reasons given by the Screening Committee in the impugned order dated 15.09.2016, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the said order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. 4.

Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the order in W.P.No.21909 of 2016 and C.C.No.1274 of 2016 dated 09.08.2016 along with this order.
