THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 37691 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard Smt. S.V.Indira, counsel for the petitioners, and the Assistant Government Pleader (Home).

The petitioners complain inaction of respondents in registering FIR on the complaint dated 13.9.2017.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that firstly the papers filed along with the Writ Petition do not show acknowledgment of complaint by the Police and secondly, without getting into this aspect of the matter, he informs the Court that the 3rd respondent is prepared to receive the complaint, make G.D. entry and proceed in accordance with law.

The statement is placed on record.

The petitioner is given liberty to re-present complaint dated 13.09.2017 by enclosing a copy of this order before the 3rd respondent within two weeks from today. The 3rd respondent, thereafter, makes G.D. entry and proceeds in accordance with law.
