The Court made the following :

ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :

" ... to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 1st and 2nd respondents in not receiving the loan amount or reserve price fixed by them from the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, void and arbitrary and further declare that the non hearing of the case SASR No.883 of 2016 filed by the petitioner is also arbitrary, unconstitutional and against principles of natural justice and direct the respondent bank to follow the mandatory provisions of the SARFAESI Act of 2002 ..."

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his cause in the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed for nonprosecution.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP Nos.11303 and 28400 of 2016 are dismissed as infructuous.
