THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.37126 of 2017 ORDER:

The subject matter of the writ petition is an extent of Ac.4.00 cents in Sy.No.87/2A and 87/2C situated at Balemurru Village, Krosuru Mandal, Guntur District. The petitioner complains interference in civil dispute by respondents 2 and 3 at the instance of respondent No.4. The petitioner relies on order in A.T.C.No.3 of 2012 filed by 4th respondent herein and also the decree and judgment in O.S.No.699 of 2011 filed by petitioner in respect of petitioner's right, title and possession.

This Court is of the view that the 4th respondent not withstanding the orders referred to above is prevailing upon respondents 2 and 3 to interfere in a civil dispute the petitioner can take steps comprehensively for all reliefs and if necessary against the agents of 4th respondent as well. Be that as it may, this Court is of the view that the 2nd and 3rd respondents if interfere in a civil dispute, that interference is at the cost and expense of aggrieved party. With the above observation and by granting liberty, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
