HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 41268 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents No.2 to 4 to take action on the representations made by the petitioner-Church and its members, dated 08.06.2018, 07.06.2018 and 06.06.2018 respectively, by removing the illegal encroachments on the public road on the western side of the petitioner-Church in Survey No.103/ B1, situated at Yemmiganur Town and Mandal, Kurnool district.

Though various grounds are raised, the learned counsel for the petitioner-Church submits that representations came to be made by the petitioner-Church and its members on 08.06.2018, 07.06.2018 and 06.06.2018 respectively, and a direction may be issued to the authority concerned to consider the said representations.

The Standing Counsel for the respondent-Municipality would submit that if such representations are made and if they are still pending consideration, the authority concerned shall deal with the same in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with consent, directing the authority concerned to deal with the representation dated 08.06.2018 made by the petitioner-Church and its members, in accordance with law, after

hearing all concerned, and pass appropriate orders, as early as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
