Mr P.Narasimhulu, counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to file appeal. By granting liberty as prayed for, the writ petition is dismissed. It is needless to observe, if petitioner files appeal with an application for condonation of delay, if any, the same may be examined and suitable decision taken by the Tribunal. No order as to costs.
