HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 41266 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act in accordance with law from demolishing any part of the industrial shed, bearing No. 3-46/ 1, Survey No. 37/ 2 of Gopanpally village (Gowli doddi), Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy district. 2.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, who took time to get instructions, states across the bar that any action to be taken by the respondents would only be in accordance with law. 3.

Recording the same, the present writ petition is disposed of with consent, directing the respondents not to interfere with the subject property, except in accordance with the procedure established by law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
