THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.37894 of 2017 ORDER:

The prayer reads as follows:

"..........to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent/police in calling the petitioner to the police station without registering FIR and pressurizing for compromise with the 5th respondent by selling of all properties of the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary........." Counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner contents and satisfies, if the representation dated 03.11.2017 is examined by the Superintendent of Police/3rd respondent.

The Assistant Government Pleader does not have any objection for disposing of the writ petition. This Court without examining merits and after taking note of averments in complaint dated 03.11.2017 disposes of the writ petition by this order.

The petitioner is given liberty to send by RPAD the copy of representation dated 03.11.2017 along with the copy of order in the present writ petition to 3rd respondent

and the 3rd respondent considers, examines the representation and takes a decision expeditiously, preferably within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
