HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.No.41362 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioners challenges the action of respondents in resorting to evict the petitioners from their house site bearing D.Nos 7-132/1/1 and 7-132/2, R/o.D.No.7-132/1/1, Swarnabharathi Nagar, Chinna Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam (Rural) Mandal, Greater Visakhapatnam without following due process of law.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that they will follow due process of law before taking any action against the petitioners.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioners from the subject property without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
