Y.Venkata Ramana v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,

2017-11-01S.V.Bhatt2 pages

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.36318 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr V. Nitesh counsel for the petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

The petitioner complains inaction of 4th respondent in registering the crime on complaint dated 08.09.2017 and also on the representation dated 21.09.2017 made to 2nd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the 4th respondent made entry of the complaint dated 08.09.2017 in General Diary, matter enquired into and steps taken be informed to petitioner within three (03) weeks from today.

This Court would have examined the grievance of petitioner, if the 4th respondent has not even entered the complaint in the General Diary and issue appropriate direction. Since entry in the General Diary is already made, this Court has no reason to doubt that entry made will be enquired/investigated in accordance with law and informed to petitioner. The petitioner, if finally aggrieved by such communication, can workout remedies in accordance with law.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
