THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.1260 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed on 11-03-2016 in W.P.No.7718 of 2016.

When the matter is called today, it is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that the Project Officer, DWMA, Krishna issued proceedings vide Rc.No.10/A2/2016, dated 28-09-2016 rejecting the request of the petitioner herein and a copy of the said order is placed on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays this Court to permit the petitioner herein to assail the said order. In view of the above, the contempt case is dismissed, with a liberty to the petitioner herein to assail the above said order, if she is advised to do so.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. There shall be no order as to costs.
