The grievance of the petitioner is pending before the District Collector by way of claim petition made on 16-09-2017 before the 2nd respondent-District Collector under the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Dotted Lands (Updation in Re-settlement Register) Act. As the same is not being disposed of, aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the claim petition made by the petitioner and take action accordingly, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
