Bhavani Electrcals Pvt. Ltd., Hyd v. K. Vijayanand I.A.S., Hyd And Another
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.2271 of 2016 ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed complaining inaction on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 09.03.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.7405 of 2016.
In the counter affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent, it is categorically asserted that pursuant to the orders of this Court, the petitioner was permitted to participate in the bidding of A.P. Transco works; that in fact, the petitioner's prequalification bid for erection of 132/33 KV Sub-Station at Veldhurthy and connected line in Guntur District was considered by the A.P. Transco in the month of April, 2016 and it was also permitted to participate in the above said tenders in pursuance of the interim order granted by this Court on 09.03.2016. It has further been stated that the blacklisting order passed against the petitioner was also deleted from the website of the AP Transco. Therefore, there is no truth in saying that the petitioner has been prevented from participating in the tenders on account of its blacklisting.
There being no reply affidavit filed by the petitioner, denying the same, I find no contempt in the present case and accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed. No order as to costs. _____________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
