HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. V. BHASKAR REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.3076 of 2018 ORDER:

The Contempt Case has been filed for violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.20013 of 2017 dated 20.06.2017.

By the aforesaid order dated 20.06.2017, this Court directed respondents to follow due process of law, if they intend to acquire the property of the petitioner. Alleging violation of the said order, this contempt case has been filed.

After receipt of the notice, respondents filed their counter affidavit stating that in compliance of the order of this Court, respondent No.1 is not interfering with the property of the petitioner.

Today, when the matter is taken up, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 5.

Recording the undertaking given in the counter affidavit, this Contempt Case is closed as no further

orders are necessary. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to seek revival of the same by filing appropriate application, if any cause survives in the contempt case. No order as to costs.
