HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 10690 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the record relating to Memo dated 05.03.2002 and quash the same holding it as illegal and arbitrary. A consequential direction is also sought to count the services of the petitioners w.e.f. 01.05.1982 for promotion to the post of SGP/SPP on completion of their respective services with all consequential benefits. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that pursuant to the interim orders dated 02.08.2002 passed in WPMP No.13135 of 2002, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
