THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.6573 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the Respondents in not considering petitioner representations dated 09.09.2014, 14.09.2013, 25.10.2014, 29.03. 2015, 19.09.2015, 25.09.2015 and 18.02.2016 for regularization in rd Respondent, even after having vacancy and regularizing the services of other similar placed employees, as arbitrary, illegal, discriminative, in violation of principles of natural justice, violative of the Fundamental Right guaranteed under Articles 14 and the Constitutional Right guaranteed under Constitution of India and contrary to the provisions of Section 115-D (2) (iv) of A.P. Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 and Rules made therein."

Heard Sri Srinivas Basava, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Co-operation for respondent No.1 and Sri K.V. Seshagiri Rao, learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner herein submitted a number of representations and no orders have been passed on the said representations so far. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representations, dated 19-09-2015 and 25-09-2015, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe. The said

request is not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents. For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner, directing respondents 2 and 3 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations, dated 19-09-2015 and 25-09-2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
