Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration for respondent No.1, Smt P. Lakshmi, learned Standing counsel for respondent No.2 and learned Government pleader for Revenue for respondent No.3.

This writ petition is filed apprehending that respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioner without following the due process. Petitioner claims to be the owner of property bearing H.No.5-11-214, Naim Nagar, Hanamkonda Mandal, Warangal District. The reason for apprehension is that there was marking on the compound wall of the petitioner and official respondents of the respondent-Corporation are threatening to dispossess the petitioner without following the due process. 3.
Learned Standing counsel fairly submits that for acquiring private lands the Municipal Corporation will follow due procedure as required by law.

Having regard to the fair submission of learned Standing counsel, granting liberty to the respondents to acquire the property of petitioner, subject to verification of title of the property, if the said land is required for public purpose by following the due procedure as required by law.
