CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 15345 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/Accused under section 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking to release the petitioner on bail in Crime No.47 of 2015 of Kamatipura Police Station, Hyderabad district, registered for the offences under section 376 [2] [i] of IPC and section 4 and 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Sri H.Sudhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above criminal petition.
