ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned standing counsel for respondent corporation.

Petitioner was granted licence of vehicle parking in the open space of the respondent corporation. On 31.10.2018 a notice was issued to petitioner by invoking Condition No. 34 of the agreement terminating the licence on the ground that premises is required by the corporation. Challenging the same, this writ petition is filed. 3.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to avail the remedy provided under Condition No. 35 of the agreement.
