Order : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The petitioner, who is vying with respondent No.4 for public employment on compassionate ground in place of their deceased father, filed this Writ Petition with leave against Order, dated 09-122015, in OA.No.3258 of 2012 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal').
At the hearing, the learned Counsel for both parties have submitted that the order impugned in this Writ Petition was questioned by respondent No.4, who filed the aforementioned OA, in Writ Petition No.8002 of 2016 and that this Court had disposed of the said Writ Petition by Order, dated 11-03-2016. The learned Counsel for the petitioner requested that this Writ Petition may, therefore, be disposed of in terms of the said order.
Inasmuch as the impugned order was already subject matter of the aforementioned Writ Petition and the same was disposed of by the order as aforesaid, the same order will bind both the petitioner as well as respondent No.4.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the above-mentioned Order, dated 1103-2016, in WP.No.8002 of 2016.
