SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.31228 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Heard Sri M.Ravindranath Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner Board, and Sri Subramanyam Kurella, learned counsel on caveat for the unofficial respondent.

Sri M.Ravindranath Reddy, learned counsel, states that though this writ petition was filed assailing the order dated 02.09.2015 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.2507 of 2015, it was decided thereafter to implement the said order and it has, in fact, been so implemented.

The cause in this writ petition therefore does not survive for consideration on merits.
