The grievance of the petitioner is that he made an application on 08-09-2018 for grant of E-pass books through meeseva and for mutation in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1-50 cents in Sy.No.305 of Palukuru Village, Banaganapalli Mandal, Kurnool District. As the same is not being disposed of, aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
