This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandyal, to receive C.F.R.No.737 of 2016 in C.C.No.410 of 2010 filed under Section 452 Cr.P.C. for return of the documents i.e. M.O.Nos.10, 11, 15, 17, 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 marked in the above calendar case.

The only grievance of the petitioners is that the Court did not register the petition or returned the same. When a petition is filed the Court is supposed to register the same, if it is in order or return the same within (3) days from the date of filing of the petition and keeping the same pending for years together, would amount to injustice.

Taking into consideration the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandyal to take appropriate steps either to return, if it is not in order or register if C.F.R.No.737 of 2016 in C.C.No.410 of 2010 is in order decide in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
