The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent in not releasing the vehicle (lorry) of the petitioner bearing No.AP 26 TA 9399, which is arbitrary, bad and illegal, contrary to law, without jurisdiction and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India. 2.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that the vehicle is produced before the concerned Court. It is further submitted that under similar circumstances, this Court in W.P.No.38967 of 2018, directed the petitioner therein to submit an appropriate application.

In view of the orders passed under similar circumstances in W.P.No. 38967 of 2018, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application before the appropriate Court, as per the procedure of law, in which event, the Magistrate concerned shall deal with the same on the very same day, in accordance with law. 4.
