This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing of the application submitted by the petitioner in Form 6-A of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short "the Act") dated 12.10.2018, seeking to record her name in the revenue records in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.5.00, in Sy.No.408/30, situated at Pedduru Village of Siricilla Mandal, Rajanna Siricilla District. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application submitted by the petitioner in Form 6-A of the Act is pending before the 2nd respondent, it is for the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the same.

Accordingly, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form 6-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
