This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act on the ground that the 4th respondent herein has violated the order dated 28.07.2016 passed in W.P.No.25127 of 2016 of this court.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Contempt Case with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

In the result, granting the liberty as sought for, this Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
