Gorsa Lakshmi v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.41496 of 2018 ORDER:
The only grievance of the petitioners is that they have made application on 27.02.2018 to the 2nd respondent for deletion of the subject lands from the list of prohibited properties. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Tahasildar as well as Revenue Divisional Officer also submitted reports to the 2nd respondent stating that the subject land is 'zeroyathi' land, and that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 27.02.2018, pending before the 2nd respondent. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 27.02.2018, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
