THE, HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE J. SREENIVAS RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.3O37 of 20L8 ORDER:

The petitioner filed this contempt case to punish the respondent for non-implementation of the order dated '03.10.2018 passed in W.P.No.35847 of 2018 invoking the provisions of Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

Mr. P. Sudheer Rao, learned counsel representing Mrs.K.Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the respondent, submitted that during the pendency of the contempt case, the petitioner has withdrawn the main writ petition, namely W.P.No.35847 of 2O18, on 24.12.2Ot9. 3.

By virtue of dismissal of the main writ petition, no further adjudication is required in the contempt case. 4.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
