The case of the petitioners is that the 1st petitioner purchased agricultural land admeasuring Ac.4-32 guntas in Sy.Nos 1215/3, 1215/4 and 1216/1 situated at Armoor Village and Mandal, Nizamabad District under registered sale deed bearing document No.2168/2015, dated 29-05-2015. The 2nd petitioner purchased the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.435 guntas in Sy.Nos 1214/4, 1216/4, 1216/5, 1216/6 and 1216/7 situated at Armoor Village and Mandal, Nizamabad District under registered sale deed document bearing No.2167/2015, dated 29-05-2015.

The 3rd petitioner purchased agricultural land admeasuring Ac.4-38 guntas in Sy.Nos 1215/3, 1216/2, 1216/4 and 1216/5 situated at Armoor Village and Mandal, Nizamabad District under registered sale deed document bearing No.2166/2015, dated 29-05-2015. The petitioners have made application through meeseva and personally on 12-05-2016, 24-08-2016, 17-05-2017 and finally on 20-06-2018. But the 3rd respondent is not taking any action on the same. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the 3rd respondent is not taking any action on the representations of the petitioners for grant of pattadar passbooks, they are deprived of the amounts under Rythu Bandhu scheme.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the applications of the petitioners stated to have been filed on 12-05-2016, 24-08-2016, 17-05-2017 and finally on 20-06-2018 in accordance with law and take action within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
