Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Admittedly, petitioner has alternative remedy of Revision against the order impugned in the writ petition, under Section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar PassBooks Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act'). In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy of Revision under Section 9 of the Act. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
