HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE MS.JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI WRIT PETITION No.41533 OF 2018 ORDER: (Per V. Ramasubramanian, J) Aggrieved by a letter issued by the Advocate Commissioner pursuant to an order passed by the Assistant Sessions Judge, Kadapa, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

2. Heard Mr. Ch. Madhava Raman, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. A letter issued by the Advocate Commissioner cannot be challenged. After all, the Advocate was appointed by an order passed by the concerned Judge under Section 14 of the Securetisation Act, 2002. Even the order passed by the Assistant Sessions Judge in Crl.M.P. No.132 of 2018 is not before us and it is not under challenge. The possession notice was also not challenged either before this Court or before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. Therefore, leaving it open to the petitioner to go before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, this writ petition is dismissed.
