Heard Sri M.Bala Subrahmanyam, learned counsel appearing for the appellants/plaintiffs and Sri O.Manoher Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/defendants.
2. The parties to the compromise are present. The terms of the compromise have been readover and explained to the parties. The parties agreed to the terms of the compromise and stated that a decree can be passed in terms of the compromise.
3. Accordingly, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and consequently, the appeal and cross-objections are disposed of in terms of the compromise. The Joint Memo of Compromise filed by the parties be made as part of the record. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the appeal shall stand closed. No costs.
