THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.18805 of 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel for petitioners as well as the learned Standing counsel for 3rd respondent submit that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order of this Court passed in W.P.No.14374 of 2016 & batch dated 26.04.2016 and also conceded for disposal of the present writ petition in terms of order in W.P.No.14374 of 2016 & batch.

Operative portion of the order dated 26.04.2016 reads thus: "In those circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent-University to take appropriate steps to enable the petitioners to complete their course, subject to their satisfying other criteria and eligibility." Having regard to the submissions of both the counsel, present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order of this Court dated 26.04.2016 passed in W.P.No.14374 of 2016 & batch. There shall be no order as to costs.
