Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that, on the complaint of the petitioner herein, Cr.No.839/2018 has been registered on 15.11.2018 on the file the Station House Officer, Gachibowli Police Station-fifth respondent herein and investigation has been taken up. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
