The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 (accused Nos.3 to 5 are represented by their GPA holder i.e., accused No.2) and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of C.C.No.66 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Palasa, Srikakulam District, which is outcome of crime No.182 of 2016 of Kasibugga Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 506 (ii) r/w 34 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.Nos.11560, 11561, 11567 & 11569 of 2017 and the Criminal Petitions are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
