This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.349 of 2018 of Women Police Station, DD, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Domestic Violence Act, 1961. 2 .

During hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigating agency had completed the investigation of the case and filed the charge-sheet before the Court concerned and the C.C. number is awaited. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication. 3 .

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
