THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1607 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.2 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.186 of 2015 of Dubbaka Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 25 (1) (b) of the Indian Arms Act. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 06.02.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after due investigation in the aforesaid crime, filed charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Dubbak, and the same was numbered as C.C.No.233 of 2017.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
