This contempt case is filed alleging noncompliance of the order of this Court in W.P.No.33145 of 2017, dated 11.10.2017. When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court has been implemented and he has placed the proceedings, dated 16.02.2019, before this Court to the effect that the petitioner was reinstated into service, pending finalization of the criminal proceedings.
