Petitioner/Accused No.11 AND The state of A.P., Rep., by its Public Prosecutor, (through SHO., IV Town P.S., Nellore, SPSR, Nellore District) .....Respondent Petition under Section 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of Grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner / A.11 herein on bail in connection with Crime No.185/2017 on the file of the Nellore IV town Police station of Sri Potti Sri Ramulu Nellore District. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI VIKAS JOSHI Advocate for the Petitioner and of Additional Public Prosecutor (AP) for the Respondent, the Court made the following. ORDER:
This petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. to grant bail to the petitioner-A11 for the offences alleged under Sections 3 and 4 of A.P. Gaming Act and 20 (b) (ii) (c) r/w 8 (c) of N.D.P.S. Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-A11, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that A1 and A2 were granted bail by this Court, vide order, dated 21.11.2017 in Crl.P.No.10830 of 2017.

Under these circumstances, the petitioner-A11 can be granted bail.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner-A11 is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each in a like sum to the
satisfaction of V Additional Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District. On release, the petitionerA11 shall not leave India without permission of the trial Court.
