The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in permitting the 3rd and 4th respondents to proceed with the unauthorized construction at Door No.3/ 395, Lakshmipuram, Stonehousepeta, Nellore, Nellore Municipal Corporation limits, inspite of repeated representations dated 09.08.2018 and 16.04.2018 submitted by the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary and improper.

Though various grounds are raised, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that representations came to be made by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent, bringing to his notice the encroachments and illegal constructions made by the unofficial respondents, without obtaining permission from the municipal authorities. Hence, pleads that the said authority may be directed to consider the representations of the petitioner. 3.
The Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation would submit that if such representations are made and if they are still pending consideration, the 2nd respondent shall deal with the same in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with consent, directing the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation of the petitioner dated 09.08.2018 in
accordance with law, after hearing all concerned, including the unofficial respondents, and pass appropriate orders as early as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
