This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.206 of 2016 on the file of Police Station Mushirabad, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 506 and 509 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.1. When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that Police have already filed a Final Report with regard to Cr.No.206 of 2016 stating 'Action Dropped' and he thus prayed to dismiss the petition, which is filed for quashment of the proceedings, as infructuous. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
