HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.43690 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he submitted application dated 04.06.2012 before the 2nd respondent for issuance of duplicate pattedar pass book as he lost the same. But, the same is not being disposed of till today, as such, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that for issuance of duplicate books the petitioner has to make necessary application as per Rule 31 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattedar Pass Books Rules, 1989 (for short 'the Act'). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner will make necessary application.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is open for the petitioner to make required application as per Rule-31 of the Rules and on such application being made, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the same as per law and take action accordingly.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
