It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased the subject property admeasuring an extent of Acs.2.32 1⁄2 gts in Sy.No.297/A/C, situated in Mogilipalem village, Thimmapur Mandal, Karimnagar District from Sri Mohammad Althaf, S/o.Vali Pasha, who is representative and GPA Holder of Puttapaka Srinivas S/o.Rajaiah, vide an agreement of sale-cum-General Power of Attorney on 08.03.2016 through registered document No.2531 of 2016. Thereafter, he made an application before the 4th respondent for mutation of his name in revenue records and same was done vide Katha No.1307 and issued Form 1-B(ROR) in his name. That after mutation, he made an application on 01.11.2018 before the 4th respondent for issuance of Pattadar Pass Book in his name but the same is not issued. Aggrieved by the same, present Writ Petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Since it is stated that the application of the petitioner dated 01.11.2018 is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the same and take action in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ___________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 12.11.2018 kvs
