1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 in Cr.No.624 of 2013 on the file of Station House Officer, Nallapadu Police Station, Guntur District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506 r/w 34 of IPC.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition. Permission is accorded. 3 In the result, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
