..

Petitioners And Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited, Rep., by its Chairman and Managing Director, Hyderabad & others.

.. Respondents This court made the following :

- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.41285 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing counsel for the respondents.

2.

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in disconnecting the electricity power supply connection bearing S.C.Nos.11021 00630 and 11021 00720, as illegal and arbitrary.

3.

Though learned Standing counsel sought to contend that the petitioners have shifted the electricity power connection from the premises where the connection was originally granted to the petitioners, but fairly submits that no prior notice was issued before disconnecting and would fairly submit that the respondents would follow the due procedure as required by law, before disconnecting the power supply.

4.

Having regard to the said submission, the respondents are directed to restore the electricity power connection to S.C.Nos. 11021 00630 and 11021 00720. However, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action, as warranted by law, if according to them, petitioners have violated the terms of licence granted, to provide electricity power supply connection to S.C.Nos.11021 00630 and 11021 00720.

5.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed. __________________ P.NAVEEN RAO,J 19th November, 2018 Note :
