THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.3230 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 16-09-2016 in Crl.M.P.No.3037 of 2016 in C.C.No.275 of 2009 on the file of the I Additional Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Tadepalligudem. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to file a fresh application before the trial Court for return of money. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
