HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35456 of 2016 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Medical, Health and Family Welfare (TG). With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.1 in not giving necessary directions to respondent No.3 to arrange the required information in the form of CD and the documents in photo copies pursuant to the representation dated 07.09.2016, as illegal, arbitrary and unjust; and consequently direct respondent No.3 to furnish the information in the form of CD and the documents in photo copies.
