This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 1st respondent in not deleting the lands of the petitioner from the prohibitory list i.e. an extent of Ac.2-08 cents in Sy.No.1527 of Tadikonda Village, Tadikonda Mandal, Guntur District, under 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908, inspite of the direction of this Court in WP.No.798/2016, dated 22.04.2016.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the petitioner has already submitted application before the 1st respondent on 10.09.2018. He also submits that this Court in similar circumstances disposed of WP.No.798 of 2016, dated 22.04.2016. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the facts and circumstances, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law and take action within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
